R.A.C.K. has been offering a large selection of discounted women’s and men’s brand-name clothing since December 2018. Styles range from beach and tropical casual to elegant for women. The men’s section is “sportier” with practical clothing for golfers and a selection of men’s shorts, trunks, polos and tee shirts.
In addition to clothing, R.A.C.K. is the exclusive seller of the Brümate brand of insulated drinkware on St. Croix. Our accessories line features “natural life” products. The “natural life” company creates colorful accessories and gifts with positive, life-affirming themes.

Owners Andrea, Kristen, and Renee share a love for fashion, dedication to customer service, and a belief that a great boutique should have a great bar.
Andrea (Annie) Egger moved to St Croix with her family when she was seven years old. She grew up in Jenny’s Boutique, a store that her parents owned in Christiansted. Her plan to complete fashion college and return to the island to take over the store was thwarted by Hurricane Hugo.
After years of stateside work in the hospitality industry, Andrea finally returned to St. Croix along with her close friend Renee Miller.
Renee is originally from Northern Ireland. Her family moved back to the U.S. when she was six years old, and they eventually settled in Virginia Beach.
Andrea and Renee had planned to open a restaurant but were inspired by a close friend telling them that she had dreamed they opened a vintage clothing store.
Enter Kristen McCullough. Originally from Bar Harbor, Maine; Kristen and her husband, Chris have owned Rum Runners, a popular restaurant on the Christiansted boardwalk for 20 years. Kristen is a devoted shopper and had been interested in opening a retail store on St. Croix for years. Over a few drinks and many late-night conversations, the notion of a restaurant combined with a clothing store ultimately morphed into the idea of a boutique and bar. The R.A.C.K. team was formed (R.A.C.K. is an acronym using the first letter of each of the three owners’ names. Chris graciously gave them a “C”!)
The team secured a location, and with support from friends and family, set to renovating their Gallows Bay storefront. After many weeks of building, rewiring, plumbing, and painting, the business opened in December of 2018. Andrea’s sister, Kippy is responsible for finding fabulous apparel in the states and shipping it to the island. Jamie Batson serves as manager, bringing her retail experience and jewelry making skills to the team during “season”.
Andrea, Kristen, and Renee are pursuing their collective dream offering customers colorful affordable fashion, unique accessories, and icy cold drinks.
